Leasing a space for your Boat

Ascot Waters Marina has 104 boat spaces spread over three floating jetties: - A, B and C jetties. The length of the spaces are 8m, 10m or 12m
Each boat space is equipped with a finger jetty, and access to fresh water, and a power supply.
The availability of spaces changes frequently – historically we can help you secure a space within a few weeks. Contact us with your timeline.

Vessel Requirements

The Vessel must comply with The Department of Transport Marine Safety Rules and Regulations including the Electrical and Gas Requirements.
The overall length of the Vessel tip to tip of vessel including all accessories and overhang must be less that the size of the boat space. The registered length is not the overall length. See here
The Vessel and accessories must be comprehensively insured and registered and copies supplied to the Marina at each renewal.
If shore power is required a valid Electrical Compliance Certificate must be provided and the shore power lead must comply. See here

Lease Requirements

The lease holder must be the boat owner and supply copies of the current Registration Certificate and comprehensive insurance.
The lease specifies all owner and vessel details and must be signed before a boat enters the Marina.
Once a completed Application Form is received, processed and approved; a lease document is prepared to be signed in person.

Rates

Paying the lease annually gives you the best rate – alternatively half-yearly and quarterly instalments are an option.
